TriCity Pavilions, formerly TriCity Mall, is a shopping mall in Mesa, Arizona, United States.It was developed in 1968 as an enclosed shopping mall featuring Diamonds and J. C. Penney as the main anchor stores.The mall underwent a period of decline following the opening of Fiesta Mall in 1979, particularly after Diamonds consolidated with its store in that mall in 1984.
