I was told to contact Travelocity and cancel the insurance I purchased. 3 days and a total of 4 hours on hold nobody picked up the telephone. The automated voice told me on each call that my estimated wait time would be 12 minutes. Reading other reviews after the fact showed this is very common. I will never use Travelocity again.
